All orders are processed within 4–6 business days of purchase. During this time, we prepare and pack your items and generate your tracking number.

Shipping Time
Once processed, delivery within the United Kingdom takes 6–12 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery: 6–12 business days from the date your order is placed.

Tracking
You will receive your tracking ID by email within the 4–6 day processing window, once your order has been confirmed and handed off for shipping.

Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, customs, weather, or high order volume during sales periods. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
